Our founder, Soren Lind, started in supporting doctors and clinics over 30 years ago after seeing firsthand how difficult it was for doctors’ offices to manage insurance claims and provide reliable access to durable medical equipment.
But Soren’s connection to recovery is more than professional—it’s personal. As a father to three child athletes and son-in-law to an orthopedic surgeon, he’s seen the challenges of injury and rehabilitation from every angle. That experience inspired a new mission: to give every patient the power to take recovery into their own hands.

2025 brings Ortho Supply to the Medequip family allowing patients to support their recovery directly. With the rise of online shopping, Ortho Supply identifies a need in the healthcare community. Patients are now able to access high quality medical recovery equipment online, through insurance, where possible.
