OrthoSupply (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates orthosupply.com and the OrthoSupply ordering program. Bluegoose hosts the linked online storefront on our behalf. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit this website, submit a contact request, or interact with us about products and orders. OrthoSupply is powered by Medequip. This policy covers this website and our handling of information received through it. A separate notice of privacy practices may apply to protected health information handled in connection with medical equipment, insurance billing, or patient services.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you use our Contact Us form, we collect your first and last name, email address, any phone number or order number you provide, the topic you select, and your message. We also collect information you provide when you email or call us. Please do not send sensitive medical or insurance details through the general contact form.

Orders and insurance inquiries. Our Shop and Check Coverage links take you to a storefront hosted on crm.bluegoosepartners.com. That storefront may ask for product, shipping, insurance, physician, prescription, and payment information. Bluegoose passes to OrthoSupply all information a patient enters during the ordering process. This includes the information requested by the storefront for product selection, contact and shipping, insurance and coverage, prescribing provider, prescription, and payment, as applicable. We use the information to evaluate coverage, process and support orders, arrange fulfillment, and handle billing. We may share it with Medequip and other parties involved in fulfillment, payment, or insurance processing as described below. Review the notices shown at checkout for details about that service. We do not ask you to enter payment card information on orthosupply.com.

Website activity. Our hosting and security services, and Jetpack Stats, may process technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring page, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, and visit times. Jetpack Stats gives us aggregated information about visits; its provider, Automattic, processes underlying technical data to provide the service.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and contact requests, including by email, phone, or text in connection with your request.
• Help with product selection, orders, coverage questions, fulfillment, returns, and customer support.
• Understand website traffic and improve the site and its content.

When we share information

Our Complianz consent settings place Google Analytics in the statistics category and hold its tag until you accept statistics cookies. Google Search Console separately reports how our pages perform in Google Search. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may not work as intended if you block essential cookies.

We do not currently use advertising pixels on orthosupply.com for cross-site targeted advertising. At this time, the site does not respond differently to a browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. Third-party services linked from or embedded on the site may collect information under their own policies; the separate storefront is one example.
